Emma Fitzsimons is the Managing Director of Princess Pictures and a partner in the company, bringing over 25 years of experience as a producer, executive, and lawyer in the global film and television industry. She also serves as Managing Director of Princess Bento Studio in Melbourne, a world-class hub for adult animation co-founded with Bento Box Entertainment.

At Princess, Emma works across the company’s entire slate, with executive producer credits spanning premium scripted, animated, and unscripted projects. Her recent work includes Together, Last Days of the Space Age for Disney+, Koala Man, Smiling Friends, YOLO: Crystal Fantasy, The Divorce, Superwog (Seasons 1 & 2), How to Stay Married (Seasons 1–3), and the Emmy-nominated Wrong Kind of Black.

In the unscripted space, she has overseen award-winning formats including My Year 12 Life and My Year 7 Life. Emma’s career spans roles at the UK’s Channel 4, international production group ITV/Granada, and the Australian Children’s Television Foundation, giving her deep expertise across development, production, financing, and global distribution.

Her strategic leadership continues to shape Princess Pictures as a powerhouse of innovative and internationally recognized storytelling.
